Frozen Foods

Since its humble beginnings in 1943 PFD has specialized in frozen foods, particularly in frozen fish. With over 60 years experience in frozen seafood PFD has built a wide variety of products ranging from beer batter fries to salt and pepper squid. With so many products to choose from PFD can meet the needs of any customer, whether it be a local fish and chippery or a five star restaurant.

Seafood

PFD carries frozen seafood products from over a dozen different suppliers, thereby enabling a one stop shop for the customers seafood needs. Ranging from tempura battered fish fillets to the classic favourite crumbed calamari rings. We also stock a range of oysters, both 1/2 and whole shell to satisfy a more diverse menu. As well as oysters, there is a wide variety of salmon and mussels to choose from.

Chips and Vegetables

To complement the frozen seafood range PFD has a variety of frozen chips and vegetables. The frozen chip range offers a multitude of different cuts, sizes and styles.

Our frozen vegetables come from leading suppliers and include packaged varieties such as Edgell Buffet, Chinoise, Panache and Petit Trois. We also have carrots, beans, corn, sprouts and spinach.

Fingerfood

Every function or party is a guaranteed success when you choose from our extensive range of fingerfoods. We have flame grilled meatballs, cajun cheesebites and a complete range of delicious chicken morsels. There are also party pleasers such as mini quiches, party pies, sausage rolls and party pizza. We also have a complete range of asian favourites; spring rolls, dim sum and samosa.

Our gourmet range includes mudcrabs, tempura prawns, crumbed scallops, oysters and Snapper and Barramundi stix.

Cakes

What about dessert? PFD is the place for the biggest range of frozen cakes, pies and pastries perfect for cake and coffee offers or to finish a memorable meal. Premium cakes such as the Caramel Sin Cake or tasty favourites such as the Mudcake are available and ready to serve with cream or ice-cream. And when it comes to cream and ice ream, we have that too!
